Hi… my name is Gulshan….I became a nutritionist / naturopath in 2009, then went on to do a 3-year degree in acupuncture followed by a 2-year masters in Chinese herbal medicine. In 2013, I got to spend time observing clinical practice at the Wujin TCM Hospital in Changzhou, China.  For 3 years,  I worked at the well-known and respected Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine and the Whittington Hospital Pain and Maternity clinics treating hundreds of patients with a diverse range of health issues.  

Through extensive clinical experience, I able to treat a wide-range of chronic conditions (i.e. autoimmune conditions, CFS, fibromyalgia, systemic Lupus, MS) and conditions like diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, digestive disorders and menstrual issues.  I believe in keeping up with the latest research and developing my skills to meet patients’ needs.

Mission Statement:

Through professional development and becoming really good at what I do is my passion. Everyday, I continue to be amazed at the effectiveness of this type of therapy. My mission is to use all my skills and knowledge to resolve patient's’ health issues as efficiently, effectively and speedily as possible and to give useful and applicable advice on health and wellbeing., and if for any reason I am unable to do so, then I will refer you to someone who can.
