My name is Gulshan Noorani.  In 2009, I received a Nutritional Therapist / Naturopath diploma at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and then went on to gain a First Class (Hons) BSc in Acupuncture and an MSc in Chinese Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University.  I worked for several years at the well-known and respected Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine and at the Whittington Hospital Pain and Maternity clinics treating hundreds of patients with a diverse range of health issues.  In 2013,I spent time at gaining clinical practice at the Wujin TCM Hospital in Changzhou, China.  This invaluable experience brought insight in to the integration of TCM with Western medicine.

With a wide-range of experience in clinical practice, I have treated many chronic conditions (i.e. autoimmune conditions, CFS, fibromyalgia, systemic Lupus, MS) and conditions like diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, digestive disorders and menstrual issues.  My particular skill lies in treating any type of pain for whatever reason; especially utilising acupuncture based on the Tung and Balance Method and blood pricking to clear deep rooted stagnation.  By combining acupuncture with herbal medicine, nutritional and supplemental therapy, the treatments help patients achieve wellness by getting their body to heal from the inside out.

In addition to treating medical (i.e. health) conditions, I also trained with Virginia Doran, an experienced international teacher and practitioner of Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, and holds a Certificate in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture.  This type of acupuncture helps treat from the outside in and when you feel good on the outside, it reverberates on the inside.

Mission Statement:

I am dedicated to developing my skills to achieve excellent results in my chosen field.  I will do everything in my power and knowledge to resolve your health issues as efficiently, effectively and speedily as possible.  I will give you valuable advice on how to maintain health etc., and if I can't help you, I will find someone who can.  I believe happiness can arise from good health - happy body equal happy mind and vice versa!.
